Planning your day if it rains

  • The evening before: check the forecast (BBC Weather (Les Epesses) or Météo-France (Les Épesses, in French)) then the day’s programme in the park’s app (updated the day before from 5:30 pm).
  • On arrival: pick up the park’s Visitor Guide, which gives the day’s times.
  • When the rain is heavy: move from one covered venue to the next (table above); keep the open-air shows for the dry spells if your schedule allows.
  • For lunch: eat somewhere warm in one of the park’s restaurants (the park names covered ones such as Les Ventres Faims or Le Bistrot).
  • Over several days: pick the dry-inside shows on the rainy days (the park’s own advice).
