Our advice before you book

  • On Cinéscénie night, have dinner before the show: it starts at 10:30 pm in June and July and at 10 pm in August and September (Vendée Tourisme), and the park recommends arriving an hour early. Town restaurants often close before the show ends.
  • Check the closing days: several addresses are closed on Mondays, on Sunday evenings or on weekdays out of season (La Fine Bouche: Sunday evening, Monday and Tuesday; Let It Brie: Monday to Wednesday).
  • Book for evenings and weekends, especially in summer and on Cinéscénie nights: this is our advice, not a rule from the restaurants.
  • Picnic: if you would rather not eat in a restaurant, see picnics at Puy du Fou.
  • Sleeping on site saves you driving back in the evening: accommodation at Puy du Fou.
